All Campers, Counselors, & workers must bring a completed health form with them to Kids Camp
For the safety of everyone attending, we will not allow students, counselors, or workers to attend Kids Camp without a completed health form. A parent or guardian must fill out the health form. You can download, print, and fill out the form HERE
